Having relocated from Bergen County, New Jersey to Wolfeboro 32 years ago and selling real estate for 30 of those, I have acquired first hand knowledge of state and local market conditions, zoning regulations, financing, infrastructure issues, schools, taxes, etc. that have proven invaluable to my clients. As a newly elected member of the Wolfeboro Planning Board, I sat on two of the most controversial applications that Wolfeboro had ever seen; the expansion of Huggins Hospital and the reclamation of the Antonucci property.
Having personally owned and developed 4 properties I have been able to provide my clients with a clear picture of what they can expect in an un-developed asset that they currently own or are considering purchasing. Putting these clients together with the “right people” from the beginning (surveyors, soils scientists, septic designers, state and local department heads) has saved them a considerable amount of time and a substantial amount of money.
As much as I truly have a passion for development, I primarily focus on residential and multi family properties. The majority of this business is repeat business and personal referrals.
I am a leading sales associate earning numerous awards and recently elected by my peers for another term as their representative to the Prudential Advisory Board. I have been a Broker since 1989 occasionally hired by a local law firm as an expert witness to testify on property values. I take my job seriously!
I can be found volunteering at the Crescent Lake School, the Wolfeboro Parks and Rec Department and Expressions Dance Academy, substitute teaching, coaching soccer, and assisting with a variety of sports such as basketball, softball, unicycle & baseball.
My greatest accomplishments:
Sarah (24) and husband Chris own a home in Wolfeboro that they share with their 4 year old son Tucker and cat Taz. She is a self employed cosmetologist at a local salon. Hillary (22) is also a Wolfeboro homeowner, she and Joe dabble in real estate development. She is a full time business student with a 3.95 GPA. They have 2 boxers Opie and Wilma. Autumn (11) & Abby (10) are just plain kids. They are active in various sports, love to fish, ski, snowmobile and swim. They both have a passion for dance where they dance competitively. Autumn plays the sax, Abby the violin.
In my free time (I really do have some) my favorite things to do are to hang out with the kids at the beach, movies at The Nick, playing tourist, Saturday night Concerts in the Parks, ice cream at Baileys, fishing Back Bay with Tucker and being with my family.
