Dennis brings a wealth of experience that spans 32 years of real estate as principal broker, associate broker and sales agent in Minnesota, Virginia and New Hampshire. He has spent a good part of his career in office/industrial real estate achieving the status of being the leading office space leasing executive in the Minneapolis suburbs. Dennis and a partner also syndicated and developed, managed and leased land and commercial buildings in the Minneapolis area.
While in the Charlottesville, Virginia area, Dennis sold farms and estates in an associate broker capacity working with a wide variety of upper end clients ranging from celebrities to executives. Antique boating brought Dennis and his family to Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesaukee allowing for extensive use of his 28 foot 1930 Garwood.
Dennis’ broad experience serves his clients well in understanding the needs of the upper end buyer and seller. Specializing in waterfront properties and upper end properties as a Fine Homes specialist with Prudential Spencer Hughes in Wolfeboro NH for the past four years is a natural fit for this experience.
Concurrent to real estating, Dennis has been intimately involved with several startup companies that he founded or co-founded including Aequitron Medical which designed, manufactured, marketed and sold Sudden Infant Death Monitors. He and two co-founders had Bear Stearns take the company public in the mid 80’s and the firm has since
been sold and absorbed.
