I have lived in the Lakes Region since 1974 and in Wolfeboro for the last 25 years. There isn’t a place I would rather raise a family. After buying, selling and constructing several homes, I made the decision to ultimately settle on Crescent Lake where I have raised my two children.

After receiving my Bachelors degree in Business Management, I had been in restaurant management and owned a retail store here locally. In 1988 my husband and I started Spencer-Hughes Real Estate, and have had great satisfaction watching the business grow. In the year 2000 we made the decision to affiliate with Prudential to give us the best possible exposure as we saw the business changing everyday. Keeping ahead of the competition through technology has been our niche. As the saying goes in Real Estate “location, location, location”. We have continued to invest in the best possible locations. We are now located on Main Street in Wolfeboro, next to the town docks in Alton Bay, and on the Weirs Channel Paugus Bay, in Laconia.

I have personally found great satisfaction in selling property in the Lakes Region. Whether it’s finding the perfect vacation home, or the excitement of helping a first time home buyer, it’s very rewarding. I have made many lasting friendships that have been priceless. My client’s satisfaction and comfort with their real estate transaction is very important to me. I want them to know the can call me at any time for anything, even after the sale.

I have continued to be active in thecommunity , and am involved with the schools and charitable organizations. Wolfeboro is a very special place to live and I feel very blessed to be a part of this community. It is no wonder that people who could truly live anywhere choose to live here.

Over the past 20 years I have made amazing contacts and have a significant network of people that I continue to work with. I have continued to be among the Top Realtors in the Lakes Region and would be happy to supply any referrals necessary.
