Bob (owner/broker) started this company back in 1988 with his wife Jodi. A father of two, a 3-handicap golfer, hockey player/coach and a former Eastern Region Water Ski Champion, he is also a very active member of the community. A past president of the Wolfeboro Chamber of Commerce, member #001 at Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club serving on its' Advisory Board (www.lwgcnh.com) and long time coach in the Back Bay Hockey program (www.backbayhockey.com) keeps Bob well connected to the community, its assets and its people. Bob feels these involvements are instrumental in understanding the various opportunities and needs of the community as a whole. A house is a house and if it's not right for you, we'll make it right, but it's going to be the area and community that will truly determine long term happiness in this area for you and your family. I feel like I'm a living example of why this is such a great place to live and raise a family.

Bob spends most of his time developing the information systems and marketing plans for the company, trying to give the agents and our clients the best possible information, tools and services available. With considerable experience in new construction, renovation and dealing with town and state government, Bob is often called about to consult on the potential of a piece of property and what it may take to create a property's highest and best use. Having completed everything from minor boundary line adjustments to large subdivisions and condominium projects, Bob assists all the agents to help clients find that perfect piece of property and for sellers to maximize their return when it becomes time to sell. Unless you understand what a property's potential is, then you can't understand what its value is and it takes a complete understanding of construction, as well as zoning and permitting to do that. Very few real estate agents dare venture into these areas as it's time consuming, comes with considerable risk and is difficult to learn. We've taken these lessons learned, especially the ones we learned the hard way, and applied them to our client's needs and wishes.

However, if it's Friday afternoon during golf season, good luck finding him. That's right-no pager and no phone!
