Bob spent most of his "first life" working as an executive in the food industry. In 1999 he semi-retired to Wolfeboro after 11 years as president of his own retail food operation. As a side venture, Bob became a seasoned and knowledgeable investor in residential, multi-family and commercial property and has grown to love the art of making the deal. In his "second life" Bob is helping folks full time in real estate with his wife/partner, Ann and the Spencer-Hughes team. Bob also loves hanging with his four kids and is a lifetime member of the American Motorcyclist Assoc. Team Bob and Ann will get it done right for you!
