As a REALTOR with the ABR designation much of my energy is allocated to the out of state buyer's interest in finding the ideal second home or vacation property in the Lake Winnipesaukee area of New Hampshire. Discovering the "just right" island cottage, mountain cabin or waterfront compound is part of the service which I provide to my clients.

I have a business background which spans almost 20 years in the field of corporate finance and investment banking. I have assisted in business acquisitions on the behalf of clients, managed international negotiations and product licensing and served as a consultant to a number of entrepreneurial firms.

I have also owned second homes in resort communities in Colorado and Idaho and can understand the objectives of individuals seeking the refuge of a second home, especially in one of the truly unique areas of New England.
